How likely are you to recommend Indiana Center for Recovery - Bloomington Alcohol & Drug Rehab?
“This place was the best! I have been to multiple places for my mental health and this thankfully was my last stop. I was recommended this place by another mental health facility. And I truly am grateful for all of the techs, therapist, and doctors! But a big shout out to the personal trainer they have there! And to the lady in the barbershop without the courage from these two I would have went crazy without seeing my family for over a month. Even on days where I felt super depressed the trainer encouraged me to just get on the treadmill and walk. And so thankful that he did that because honestly it made me feel better. And the lady in the barbershop I went to when I was too overwhelmed to do anything with my hair and without judgment she helped. I wish I could remember their names but it’s been almost a year ago. But will be forever grateful for them, and this place!”
“I recently completed a 31-day stay at the Indiana Center for Recovery (ICFR) and it truly life changing. Walking in, I was nervous, racing thoughts, uncertain, and honestly scared of what the process would look like especially being my fourth inpatient rehabilitation. However, with all the negative feelings, on day one, the staff made me feel welcome, safe, and genuinely cared for. Every member of the team—from the therapists and medical staff to the behavioral health techs, ALL treated me with compassion, dignity, and respect. They didn’t just see me as a patient or client; they saw me as a person who deserved healing and a fresh start. The group sessions were powerful, and hearing others’ stories reminded me that I wasn’t alone in this journey. The ICFR overall program itself was structured, balanced, and thoughtfully designed. There was so much to do at the ICFR with additional recreational activities during downtime. The ICFR campus itself was beautiful and provided a very comfortable space for living. The residence was very nice, spacious and well taken care of by support staff. The daily routine helped me regain discipline and stability, while still allowing time for reflection and personal growth through groups and peer interaction. What stood out most was the sense of community. The friendships and connections I built during my 31 days are something I will carry with me forever. We supported each other through tough moments and celebrated every victory—big or small—together. I’m deeply grateful for everything ICFR and the staff have done for me. If you or someone you love is struggling, this is a place where real healing happens.”
“I admitted myself for mental health. I was beyond terrified about seeking help that I had so desperately needed. But the beautiful people at ICFR helped me feel comfortable. The group facilitators were well beyond amazing. They have taught me so many skills that I can now take out into the world and continue my journey of mental health recovery. And the resident community is amazing. Everyone advocates for each other, and no one judges anyone. I want to give everyone at ICFR Bloomington a huge thank you for everything they have taught me. Keep doing the work that you do.”
“This place has changed my life. They take different approach to helping with recovery! Could work on the food but you have to expect a little discomfort. My therapist during my stay was superb to say the least. I am currently furthering my recovery through ICFR with their IOP. 10 out of 10 HIGHLY recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
